We use the system “first call first serve”, which is why we recommend you call as early as possible to reserve, especially in high season.
To cancel a reservation we request it be done 48 hours in advance, by calling the numbers above mentioned or via e-mail.
Tickets purchased in advance may be used any day with a new reservation. Those who arrive without a reservation run the risk of not having a slot within the limit of visitors for specific hours.
